This Greater Snow SP (sleeping)/Koi fish version is sold as a full set which including a nude mermaid doll, Wig, Eyes, face-up, basic body make up and iridescent fish tail finish. 
Thanks to the engineering team who has maximised the playability of the tail part however, due to its unique structures paint on certain joints may show some wear and tear after a period of time. Such phenomenon is not a manufacture failure but a natural consequence so that return or exchange will not be accepted under such circumstance. Please play carefully to avoid any sharp edges and do not nip your fingers. 

Please check the products carefully upon the receipt of parcel to see if there is any damage caused in delivery. Once found, please take photo evidences and contact our customer service at your earliest convenience. 

There is a 1.5 CM X 0.9 CM magnet installed inside the tail part which may become a reason refused by international courier from delivering so it is suggested to source a same of smaller size magnet at local. Alternatively, you may also use clay to perform the same function.
